    The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a brief intervention combining elements of exposure, cognitive therapy, and somatic stimulation of acupressure points on the face and body. EFT is based on the principles of Energy Psychology & it brings together the ancient wisdom of the East about the energy of the body and modern psychology and neurology. It is a clinically proven technique used by therapists across the world to work on various psychological and emotional issues, experience relaxation and promote wellbeing.
