Dr. Shilpa Gupta is a Therapist and Internationally Certified EFT Trainer by EFTMRA. She is the founder of EmoAid Wellness Centre, New Delhi and the Associate Director at Centre for Child & Adolescent Wellbeing (CCAW), New Delhi. She is also a Parenting and Emotional Wellbeing Consultant. She is accredited as a certified NLP Master Practitioner and Internationally Certified by EFTMRA as an EFT Level 1 & 2 Trainer, and EFT Level 3 Trainer. She has also been certified in Hypnotherapy.
She has been working in the field of mental health for 15+ years and has been using Emotional
Freedom Technique with her clients for more than a decade. Having worked with thousands of people from diverse backgrounds and with a range of concerns, she has extensively used EFT in the area of resolving trauma, addictions, fears, phobias, emotional difficulties as well as relationship challenges. All her clients have reported feeling relief, have been able to see positive shifts in their life and have moved towards a healthier state of being.
Being certified in numerous established therapies and approaches, Dr. Shilpa is constantly involved in creating unique training programs and workshops to support budding and practicing mental health professionals build crucial skills. She has trained multiple people in EFT Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 along with constant supervision and all of the participants have been equipped to be effective practitioners. Additionally, through various initiatives of EmoAid Wellness Centre, such as self- help program, wellbeing programs, EFT camps, trainings and awareness workshops, Dr Shhilpa Gupta is trying to make quality mental health services affordable and accessible. She has worked with different Child Care Institutions, organizations, MNCs, schools, and colleges. As an eminent Parenting Consultant, she has been working actively to create happy families through her well researched interventions. With her drive to make Emotional Wellbeing a priority for all, she works not only at interventional but preventive level of mental health as well. Her EmoAid Self Help program has helped multiple people with their ongoing symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress.
